Very quick efficient service watch was lovely and got it at a fantastic price,saved myself nearly £250 .

I have a few pieces of jewellery from C W Sellors and love them all. Most of them were bought for sentimental reasons so I value them even more. I have never had to return an item, all have been beautiful and spot on. I will continue to buy from C W Sellors in the future and will highly recommend them.

Watch arrived before expected, Very nice discount, Will reccommend C W Sellors Jewellers. Would not hesitate to use them again.

However when purchasing the last .
two watches
1/ Hamilton….Broke down three times ,cw Sellors refused refund ….excuse being ohhhh waiting in brand
2/ shwirkov …… paid off over a time ….. sent wrong strap…then they expected me to pay for a new fitting and colour of watch face different to pictures displayed

I purchased a Breitling avenger on 4 February I dealt with a lovely lady who name was Kristie she helped me with all paperwork and everything regarding to getting my watch delivered to me on day stated which she did first class service would definitely recommend to anyone could not do enough for me

The service was swift but my package was lost/stolen as dpd failed to deliver in person but left it in my lobby (even though they weren’t supposed to).
Shop was initially not helpful in resolving it and did not claim any responsibility as they said for them order is complete and will need to launch a lengthy investigation. I was not allowed any refund or replacement in that time so I was stuck with no watch and payment taken from my account.
When I called the next day I was discouraged from calling too frequently as apparently this was supposed to take time. I needed the smart watch for my trip but there was no acknowledgment from the shop about how difficult that was for me.
10 days after I reported a crime with police and emailed shop the copy of report. I finally was helped by one person who said it was just a matter of signing a non-delivery form for dpd. From then on replacement was sent swiftly. I wish this approach was taken straight away, it would have saved me a lot of stress. I felt like the shop didn’t believe me about lost package and placed all responsibility on me even though dpd left the package in a random place.

Excellent Jewellers who provided a first rate service for my purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to use CW Sellors again and again. I have already recommended them to a number of people.

Great help from customer services before placing my order on a Friday afternoon. Item arrived well packaged the very next day, Saturday afternoon. Impressive. Five stars for both service and delivery.

I’ll cut a long story short .I ordered a bracelet for my watch on 18th December 2022. The bracelet had still not arrived by the 23rd of January. As a result I requested a refund . I was informed that it would be received within 10 working days. That has obviously not happened.

I understand that there can be complications with bespoke orders etc but what frustrates me most about this company is that during the month where I waited for the order there was no update whatsoever. I had to call and email on several occasions to get an update . I have also had to email again to get an update regarding my refund. As I type this review I have had no reply.

This is the first time I have used this company and it will be the last.

Woeful .

I had a wait for a short while because I needed a larger size ring. This larger size wasn't offered by other jewellers.
I was kept in the loop and informed when ring was being posted. Postage time was very quick. The ring was beautifully packed and I'm delighted with my ring

Watch winder ordered on 3 Jan only to subsequently be told they were out of stock and it would take between 10 and 14 days to get one to me. A simple check revealed they were in stock at the manufacturer and could be with me within 3 days so I had been lied to.
I was persuaded against my better judgement to wait a bit longer (to be fair it was an excellent price). After a month from the order I again made contact and asked what was going on to be told they were on back order and they had no idea when they would be back in stock.
Order cancelled and the manufacturer confirmed they were in stock so I had been repeatedly lied to.
What an awful way to do business and I certainly won’t ever use them again or recommend them to others.
Edited after Sellors response: Little point in me providing any further information as the order has been cancelled and money refunded. This doesn’t change the very poor service provided.

Really ready to deal with. I had a product number after seeing an item in the shop and then used online chat later to order. I was given excellent advice about re-sizing and eventually had a ring made. Great service and so pleased with the end product.

Great price and prompt delivery the only thing that is very unfortunate but this has to do with the Garmin brand not your store is that you pay 700 pounds and the strap of the watch has childish size. I have a very thin wrist and I still have to spend another 50 pounds to get one after just spending 700

Almost a month and no refund, ignore emails and tell lies on the phone, pleas, please do not use this company, they should be ashamed of themselves the way they treat customers, my first time purchase with this company, I should have listened to people who told me how bad they where but did not and now I am £600 out of pocket. Please stay clear of these criminals.
